Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Processing may take slightly longer during sales and peak seasons.
Delivery: Estimated 6–12 business days from your ship date. Times vary by location, customs, and courier conditions.
Cost: Free shipping. Any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your details at checkout. We're not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. Spot a mistake? Email us before it ships.
Delays: Weather, customs, or courier backlogs can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. Thanks for your patience.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy
If something isn't right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Window: 30 days from delivery to request a return. No refunds or exchanges after that.
Returns are free. Once approved, we'll send everything you need to ship items back at no cost.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached and in original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear (seal removed), earrings, and final-sale items can't be returned.
How to start: Email support@olyiashop.com with your order number and the item(s). We'll confirm and share next steps.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may need extra time.
Exchanges: Fastest way is to return for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost.
